Mise à jour : intégration Shopify

Over 22,000+ businesses have installed the Tawk.to Shopify App – and this morning we launched a big update to our integration with Shopify, allowing www.tawk.to users to now check order info, delivery status and more from Shopify – directly in the www.tawk.to dashboard.



You no longer have to keep two tabs open to chat with your customers, and provide updates on orders, process refunds, cancelations or duplicate orders etc. Essentially, almost anything you are able to do within your Shopify admin, is now available in the sidebar of a www.tawk.to chat or ticket.



To integrate shopify with www.tawk.to, simply install the free Tawk.to for Shopify App from the Shopify Apps store : https://apps.shopify.com/tawk-to



Or, if you already have the tawk,to shopify app installed, you will need to update to the latest version to view the new integration, simply login to your Shopify admin, click “Apps” then the www.tawk.to app, and update to the latest version.
