What is the Video + Voice + Screensharing add-on?

Give your customers the option to choose how to speak with you. Video chats, voice calls and two-way screen sharing allow you to get personal, solve problems in real-time and offer the best customer service you can. 

Now, anyone on your site or a hosted chat page has more ways to connect with you. Screen sharing is limited to the desktop app. However, Video and Voice calls are available on mobile.

So, what’s new? 

Previously, once Video + Voice + Screensharing was enabled, any visitor was able to start a session and request a video chat, a voice call or a screen sharing session. 

The add-on has now been updated and this functionality can be switched on or off in the Dashboard. This means if you prefer to give only agents the power to initiate a video chat, a voice call or a screen sharing session, you can.
