1 – First of all, can you tell us a little bit about your business?
PepperShop is an online subsystem with a web-based POS solution developed in Switzerland. You can set up an online shop or POS in a short time and expand it with multiple modules at any time. This way, your business can grow with PepperShop.
PepperShop can be completely adapted to the customer’s needs. We offer the possibility of connecting PepperShop to various interfaces including ERP systems, e-payment, creditor tools, and much more.
2 – How do you use tawk.to at PepperShop?
We have implemented tawk.to on our website and in our free trial accounts. The aim is to help our customers quickly when they need help or have questions about our products. This way, they don’t have to search for an email address or pick up the phone. It’s just much faster and easier.
3 – Why did you choose to use and partner with tawk.to?
We were already using tawk.to for quite some time before I came to PepperShop. We were looking for an integration of a live chat into our online shop software PepperShop, and tawk.to convinced us of its quick and easy handling.

And besides that, we also use tawk.to ourselves, and I think that’s the best advertising.
5 – What benefits are you seeing?
With that integrated live chat in the online shop, you can increase customer satisfaction, optimize the conversion rate, and avoid shopping cart abandonment if something is unclear in the process.
6 – What advice can you share with new partners at tawk.to?
tawk.to has interesting functions and extensions. The people are very friendly, and onboarding is very easy. So I think the best thing is to test it for yourself and just give it a try. And if you’re convinced, then your customers will be certainly too.
