Who onboards and trains the Virtual Assistant?

The tawk.to Human Resources team provides onboarding support to all Virtual Assistants. We’ll bring your VA up to speed regarding client expectations, goals, and any metrics that have been shared with us.

We will also train the VA to use the tawk.to software upon your request.

Getting started

Once you have decided which candidate you would like to continue with, the HR team will commence onboarding. This typically takes about 48 hours and may take slightly longer if the VA is required to know how to use tawk.to.

Onboarding includes the following:

  • Signing job description forms
  • Completing agreements
  • Becoming familiar with the processes we have in place to manage and monitor the VA, including logging in, logging out, and submitting End of Day Reports.

You are responsible for any additional training and onboarding of your VA. We believe you can best introduce the systems, processes and software you’ll require the VA to understand.

Our HR team is available Monday through Friday to assist with any questions, performance issues, or challenges that may arise as your VA fulfills the new role.
