If an employee takes leave without notice or becomes unresponsive, they will be sent a breach of contract notice. If the employee is then considered to be in breach of contract, their agreements are instantly terminated. They are blacklisted from ever working with tawk.to again.

If this is determined to be the case, the recruitment team will prioritize rehiring for this role and your subscription will be paused. As soon as we’ve rehired for the role, we’ll work out the amount of credit owed and apply that to your account.
