We are pleased to offer you a virtual phone number for your Virtual Assistant (VA).
Our team will provide assistance in setting up this virtual number, and whenever possible, we will strive to match the prefix or suffix of the area or country code to your business.
For the first virtual number, we will cover the associated cost. However, please note that you will need to provide a phone or calling system, or call center software, such as Grasshopper, Dialpad, RingCentral, Vonage, Nextiva, or Ringblaze. We do not supply this software.
If you require additional numbers, they can be added at your own expense. We will provide you with a price estimate based on the region or number, and you will be billed accordingly.
If you would like your VA to be set up with a phone number, please inform us, and we will be glad to assist you. It is recommended to discuss this requirement with the HR team or your account manager.
