What happens if a VA is unwell or needs to take a day off?

If your VA calls in sick or needs a day off, you can arrange a make-up schedule for their lost hours.

We have a no work, no pay policy.

As the VA service is human-powered, a VA may need to take time off or be unwell from time to time. Please expect this. We will work with you to make sure that the VA makes up the hours they miss, be it after-hours, over weekends, or on days that they don’t typically work.
