How to upgrade your subscription to the Virtual Assistant service

As you grow your business and build your dream team, you’ll likely want to give your top performers additional responsibilities. The tawk.to Virtual Assistant service lets you start small and add more hours as you grow.

To upgrade a subscription by adding additional hours to your VA’s schedule, please reach out to your VA and discuss the proposed changes. Then, contact your HR representative or our HR department at hr@tawk.to.

Let us know the date you would like the new schedule to be effective and the new days and hours requested.

Once the change has been confirmed, follow these steps to update your subscription:

1. Log in to your tawk.to account

If you have multiple properties, check to make sure you’re viewing the correct one. Hover over the current property name in the upper-left menu to select a new property from the list.

Then, make your way to ⚙️Administration ➞ Add-ons ➞ Billing.

2. Select Cancel next to your billing date to cancel the current VA subscription.

3. Reactivate your subscription at the new rate.

Go to Administration ➞ Billing➞ Add-ons

Select Renew Subscription.

In the option to change your plan, select your new rate (based on the new hours per week).

3. The new schedule will go into effect after the subscription has been modified and the new payment has been made. In the case of late payment, arrears will be charged manually.
