Canceling a subscription when a project is completed
When VAs are needed on a project-by-project basis, they may be hired for a specific time period.
For example, you may need a web developer to update a website. You may want to add team members to support a conference or event. Or you may need an illustrator to assist you in launching a new brand.
In these cases, tawk.to will send you a notification when your subscription approaches its expiration date.
To avoid further charges to your account after the expiration date, you must cancel the subscription in the tawk.to dashboard.
After your subscription is canceled, your VA will then be reprofiled and assigned to another position.
Follow the steps below to cancel an existing subscription:
Log in to your tawk.to dashboard and go to Administration ➞ Add-ons ➞ Billing.
Select the Virtual Assistant service add-on.
Then, select Cancel.
