How and when do we make payments for the tawk.to VA Service?

All payments are made and recorded in the tawk.to dashboard. Here, you can also manage your billing details, update credit cards, upgrade and downgrade your subscription and download service invoices for your records.

The first payment is due on the day the VA starts. The VA will be able to start after the first payment is made and authorized by tawk.to.

Make your first payment

To make a subscription, log in to your tawk.to account and select Add-ons in the upper tab menu. 

Select Virtual Assistant service by tawk.to in the add-on previews on the right. 

Then, click the Activate Now button in the upper right.

Select your plan (e.g., Custom Virtual Assistant (40 hours/week) – $1400/month)

Then, pay for your first month up-front using a credit card or Paypal.

Ending a subscription

You may cancel a subscription at any time and it will stop at the end of your current subscription cycle. We do not pro-rate subscriptions.

For example, if your subscription ends on the 7th of January and you cancel on the 31st of December, you have one remaining week to utilize the service of the VA. Then, on the 7th, prior to the rollover, the VA service will finish and you will not be charged. There are no refunds.
