Virtual Assistant FAQs

Do VAs provide a notice period when requesting time off?

Virtual Assistants are required to give a two-week notice period when requesting time off. Failure to do so can ultimately result in their requests being declined. The decision to allow time off is at the prerogative of the client.

However, as this is a human-powered service, we can never guarantee that there will be no unforeseen departures.

While the VA is away, we may be able to provide you with a basic level of support such as the Hired Agent service for any days the VA is away. This should be discussed with our HR team.

We’re happy to support you however we can.
