Can I upgrade or downgrade the weekly working hours of the VA?

You can upgrade or downgrade the working hours of your VA at any time.

If you wish to change the number of hours your VA works each week, simply reach out to the HR team and your account manager by email. We will help coordinate the upgrade. Let us know the desired start date for the change. Then, we will adjust the billing subscription to reflect the new schedule.

Upgrading your subscription

You can upgrade at any time, even in the middle of a billing cycle, if the VA is available and willing to make the change.

For example, if you wish to upgrade the subscription on the 15th and your billing cycle does not begin until the 29th, we will cancel your current subscription on the 15th. We would then prorate and refund the next 14 days owed to you due to your upgrade. Your new monthly subscription would begin immediately and renew on the 15th of every month.

Downgrading your subscription

You can also downgrade your VA’s hours. However, it is only possible to do so at the beginning of your next billing cycle. So, for example, if you make the request on the 15th of the month, but your billing cycle doesn’t begin until the 29th of the month, the downgrade will begin on the 29th.

If you do choose to downgrade your subscription, please first have a conversation with your VA to let them know.
