Can I request a refund for the Virtual Assistant Service?

If you decide to terminate your Virtual Assistant service before the end of your subscription period, please note that refunds or credits cannot be issued.

In the event of any performance-related issues with your Virtual Assistant, our HR team will intervene to assist with performance management. If the concern persists, we will promptly replace the Virtual Assistant and prioritize the hiring of a suitable replacement.

When a Virtual Assistant (VA) is replaced during your subscription period, we will provide you with a credit for the remaining unused days.

We will keep a record of the inactive days on your account and provide you with written confirmation of the credit amount owed. This credit can be applied towards other services, such as overtime pay or bonuses.


Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for active subscriptions; instead, a credit will be applied to your account. These credits can be utilized within a 12-month period, after which they will expire.
