There are no long-term contracts associated with the tawk.to virtual assistant service. The service is a month-by-month subscription, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.
Payment is made to tawk.to, not the agent, via the Add-on section of the tawk.to dashboard. Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal and must be completed on or before the date the VA commences work.

Please note that there is, however, a seven-day notice period required for cancellation of services. Our VAs have families to feed and bills to pay. Giving them this one-week notice provides time for us to reassign them to other clients. Alternatively, it gives them the opportunity to look for other work outside of tawk.to if required.
