Are the VAs HIPAA compliant?

Depending on your circumstances and requirements, we will either source a Virtual Assistant (VA) who is already HIPAA compliant or we will bear the cost for the VA to complete HIPAA certification prior to their start date.

When a VA is not yet HIPAA-compliant, certification becomes part of the onboarding process. This may extend the onboarding period from 48 hours up to 96 hours, depending on how long it takes the VA to complete the training.

Simply let us know if HIPAA compliance is a requirement.
