Key info :
- Your data and visitor monitoring can be viewed in either the current or new dashboard.
- You can continue to use the current dashboard for the next 30 days, after which we will make a final move to the new version.
- The new dashboard may still have some bugs, if you find any, please report them to support@tawk.to
- There are still many new features to be released in the new dashboard, including Scheduling, File Transfer and better Notification systems.
- Any changes you make on the current dashboard, will automatically be reflected on the new system.
