Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to generate new business
• Follow up on leads provided by marketing campaigns and other sources
• Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs
• Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Document all interactions with prospects and maintain accurate records of all leads, appointments, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
