We’re seeking a Real Estate Appointment Setter who is proficient in English. Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and other methods
• Qualify prospects by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs
• Set appointments for our real estate agents to meet with qualified prospects
• Document all interactions with prospects and maintain accurate records of all leads, appointments, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure appointments are set efficiently and effectively
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for lead generation, appointment setting, and productivity

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer applications
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
