Senior UI/UX Designer

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end design for major product areas across mobile and web, from problem framing and early concepts through production-ready UI and post-launch iteration.
• Design AI-powered experiences that people trust. Onboarding, handoff between AI and human agents, error states, and the moments where users need transparency and control.
• Lead the evolution of our design system: standards, governance, tokens, and component architecture that keep our products consistent and make engineering handoff fast.
• Set the bar for dashboard and CRM interface design, establishing patterns that make dense information easy to scan and act on.
• Translate ambiguous product requirements into clear design direction, and drive alignment through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Act as a strategic partner to product and engineering leads, shaping what gets built, not just how it looks.
• Put research at the centre of decisions. Run usability testing, dig into product data, and make sure user evidence, not opinion, settles design debates.
• Direct the growth of our visual language in product: icons, illustration, and brand expression.
• Mentor other designers through critique, pairing, and design reviews.

What we're looking for

• AI fluency. This is non-negotiable. You use AI tools daily in your workflow (prototyping, exploration, research synthesis) and you know when to overrule them. You've designed AI-powered features, or can show us clear thinking on how you'd approach trust, error handling, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• 5+ years designing digital products, with shipped work across web and mobile you can walk us through in depth.
• Deep experience with design systems: building them, governing them, and scaling them across teams. Token-based, component-driven, engineering-friendly.
• Strong grasp of mobile design principles, including Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Android's Material Design.
• Experience designing data-dense products such as CRMs, dashboards, or analytics tools.
• Expert in Figma, including variables, prototyping, and component libraries. Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar for visual assets.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to design for them from the start, not retrofit them.
• Comfortable working close to engineering: you understand how your designs get built, structure files for clean handoff, and ideally have some familiarity with HTML/CSS or design-to-code tools.
• Strong communicator who can present work, defend decisions with evidence, and take critique without ego. Experience working in a distributed, async team is a plus.
• A problem-solver who treats untangling hard UX problems as second nature.

Compensation

RM6,000 to RM10,000 per month, based on your skills and experience. We're looking for the best of the best and we pay for it.
