Depending on your needs, you will have to select either the plugin or the module.
- The plugin will load the www.tawk.to widget in every webpage
- The module will load the www.tawk.to widget only on pages, you have selected

Installation for plugin
- Download “plg_tawkto.zip” and unzip it
- In the Joomla administration panel, go to: Extensions –> Manage –> Install
- Select “Upload & Install Joomla Extension”, click “Choose file” and select the “plg_tawkto.zip” file
- Then click Upload & Install to upload the file and complete the installation
- For the plugin settings, in the Joomla administration panel go to: Extensions –> Plugin and search for “www.tawk.to”
Installation for module
- Download “mod_tawkto.zip” and unzip it
- In the Joomla administration panel, go to: Extensions –> Manage –> Install
- Select “Upload & Install Joomla Extension”, click “Choose file” and select either locate the”mod_tawkto.zip” file
- Then click Upload & Install to upload the file and complete the installation
- For the module settings, in the Joomla administration panel go to: Extensions –> Modules and search for “www.tawk.to”
