Add a www.tawk.to widget to Bigcommerce

BLUEPRINT THEME SETUP

1. In your Bigcommerce control panel, go to Settings › Advanced Settings › Live Chat. (In some versions of the control panel, this is located under Setup & Tools › Live chat.)
2. Check the box next to Other Third Party Live Chat Service, then click Save.
3. Click on the Other Third Party Live Chat Service tab at the top of the page.
4. Paste the www.tawk.to widget into the box labeled Live Chat Code.
5. Change Chat Box Location to At the top of the page.
6. Save your changes.

STENCIL THEME SETUP

1. Login to Bigcommerce
2. Click Storefront Design on the left.
3. Select the Scripts tab at the top of the Design Options screen.
4. Paste the www.tawk.to widget code there. Click Save.
