Direct Chat Link

The Direct chat link allows you to add a special link to your website that will make your selected Widget open in a new browser window.

Direct chat link has two distinct benefits:

• It is useful when you don’t have access to add the embed code to a site
• It allows you to customise how the Widget link will look like. It can be just a link, it can be an image of your choice

To get The Direct chat link:

1. Go to Admin
2. From the Asset drop-down, select for which Widget you want to see the Direct link
3. Copy the Direct Chat Link
4. Format and add it to your website
