automatici ai visitatori. Sono usati principalmente per coinvolgere i visitatori nella chat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quindi impostando e realizzando accuratamente il vostro messaggio del Trigger, convertirete un maggior numero di visitatori in chat.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In questo tutorial, andremo a discutere della Notifica Base per Sito. Ovvero il messaggio automatico che verr\u00e0 inviato ogni volta che un visitatore entra sul vostro sito web, a prescindere da quale pagina si trovi.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma potrete anche impostare la Notifica base per Pagina, che invier\u00e0 un messaggio ai visitatori solo se visiteranno una determinata pagina. Ci sono inoltre opzioni Avanzate per i Trigger, che funziona come un algoritmo, ovvero se succede questo, invia questo messaggio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ecco alcuni consigli per impostare la Notifica Base per il Sito.<\/span><\/p><p>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il ritardo, ovvero quanto tempo il software aspetta prima di inviare il messaggio. Raccomandiamo 30 secondi.<\/span><\/p><p>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per avere un responso migliore, raccomandiamo di usare il vostro nome e immagine, per risultare pi\u00f9 personale. Potrete anche caricare il vostro logo se preferite, ci sono comunque molti avatar tra cui scegliere.<\/span><\/p><p>\u2013 <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il messaggio e fondamentale. Vi suggerisco di aggiungere un incitamento al messaggio. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Qualcosa che sproni il visitatore a voler aprire la chat. Per esempio, \u201cBenvenuti su (il nome del vostro sito). Per il 10% di sconto sul prossimo ordine, chiedi in chat ora al nostro team\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenete a mente questi 4 punti:<\/span><\/p><p>1. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il vostro messaggio Trigger non dovrebbe rimanere sempre uguale.
