We are looking to hire a smart, reliable, and dedicated Business Development and Customer Success Specialist who has a high level of English proficiency to assist with sales, client onboarding, appointment setting and lead generation via phone (outbound), email, chat and as social media outreach.

Job Responsibilities
- Set up meetings with potential clients in Singapore and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media with local companies in Singapore
- Give product-specific presentations/demo tour
- Client onboarding
- Develop and manage client portfolios
- Be a mediator between clients and the organization; handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the ASEAN region/market
- Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in Sales/Business Development/Customer Support
- Ability to drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (must be proficient in English, writing, reading and speaking
- High level of learning agility to facilitate constant learning and adaptation to new platforms, software and ideas
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery, and individual research
- Patient and active listener
- Has a passion for service
- Has active listening skills and effective probing skills
- Flexible – willing to take on tasks, instructions, and/or work requests as needed

- Amenable to work on Singapore business office hours (daytime, PH)
- Amenable to work full-time (40 hrs/week), with no other work commitments

Basic Technical Requirements
- Your own laptop/desktop PC with the following minimum specs: i3 5th gen and above/AMD equivalent; 8GB RAM; Mozilla or Chrome installed
- A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10Mbps with a backup internet connection
- Noise-canceling headset/headphones
- A quiet and dedicated workspace at home
